Job summary

The Little Gym International in Braselton, GA is looking for enthusiastic part-time instructors who love to move and work with kids. You will teach classes, engage families, and help build confident, active children through our movement-based curriculum.

Ideal candidates have gymnastics or cheer experience and can work a mix of weekday mornings, Friday evenings, and weekend hours. We offer a flexible schedule, advancement potential, and opportunities to be part of a fun, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work some weekday morning shifts (approx. 8:30am–1:00pm) and some Friday evenings/weekend hours.
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful.
• Excellent customer service and a friendly, energetic attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and a positive membership experience.
• Create a warm, fun, educational environment for children in each class.
• Treat each class and child as if it’s their first day—every week.
• Be a team player and support the franchise in events and operations.
