Job summary

The Little Gym of Silver Spring is seeking a full-time “rockstar” instructor to lead morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend classes. Typical commitment is 25–30 hours per week, with weekend-only or part-time options.

Compensation: $16.00–$18.00 per hour. Training provided. You will teach children using our proven curriculum to foster confidence and physical development.

Qualifications

• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or related field is a plus.
• Passion for working with children and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Excellent communication skills with kids, parents, and team members.
• Ability to stay positive, energetic, and professional in a fast-moving classroom.
• Comfortable working in a flexible schedule that includes weekends.

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. We offer movement-based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood.

We are seeking a full‑time “rockstar” instructor to lead morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend classes. Typical commitment is 25‑30 hours per week, but we also welcome weekend‑only or part‑time applicants. This is a long‑term, non‑seasonal position.

Compensation: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour.
