What We Expect From You…

• Teach amazing classes using our Lesson Plans
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience

You’d fit in here if…

• Enjoy teaching kids and having fun
• You are a positive and joyful person
• You are imaginative, flexible and not afraid of the spotlight!

You may think we’re awesome because…

• Children walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day.
• You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day.
• We take fun pretty serious but also take the role we play in our community and with each child we meet seriously.
• This may not be your career, but we are going to train you like it is.

But seriously, read the fine print…
At The Little Gym of Asheville, we contribute to our community by building confidence, self-esteem and independence in its children. We also volunteer as a team quarterly in our community and take part in events and collect items monthly for non-profits. We work hard and also play hard with quarterly team outings for bonding and camaraderie.
