Job summary

Metro Stars Gymnastics is seeking an enthusiastic Gymnastics Director to lead and grow our Maple team in Omaha. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, staff development, and program quality to create exceptional experiences for gymnasts and families.

You will coach, mentor coaches, collaborate with program directors, and help align lesson plans, progressions, and daily operations with Metro Stars standards. Join us to drive excellence on and off the floor.

Qualifications

• Experience leading gymnastics coaching staff.
• Program development and progression planning experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork oriented.

• Spend about 75% of time coaching, training, and supporting gymnastics programs.
• Lead classes and model high-quality coaching.
• Help coaches grow through training, feedback, and clear expectations.
• Collaborate with Program Directors to improve lesson plans and class experiences.
• Support staff in following Metro Stars systems and standards.
• Coordinate with director team to keep programs and daily operations running smoothly.
• Assist with communication, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
• Set goals for staff and programs and implement action plans.
• Pursue training and clinics to continue growth.

Metro Stars Gymnastics is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced gymnastics leader to join our Maple team as a Gymnastics Director.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being on the floor, developing coaches, improving programs, and creating a great experience for gymnasts and families.

What You'll Do

• Spend approximately 75% of your time coaching, training, and supporting gymnastics programs
• Lead classes and model high-quality, consistent coaching
• Help coaches grow through training, feedback, and clear expectations
• Work with Program Directors to improve lesson plans, progressions, and class experiences
• Support staff in following Metro Stars systems and standards
• Collaborate with the director team to keep programs and daily operations running smoothly
• Assist with communication, scheduling, and other administrative needs
• Set goals for yourself, your staff, and your programs—and help turn those goals into action
• Take advantage of training, clinics, and other opportunities to continue learning and growing
