Job summary

92NY Gymnastics is hiring year-round competitive and recreational gymnastics coaches for a thriving program. We offer training, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team in a family-focused environment.

Per Diem compensation ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, with pay based on qualifications, experience, and location. Responsibilities include safety, curriculum delivery, and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• USA Gymnastics Instructor or Professional certification preferred.
• HS Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prior coaching experience preferred.
• USA Gymnastics certification preferred.
• CPR certification required within 6 months of hire date, which 92NY can support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and oversight of recreational/competitive gymnasts at all times.
• Deliver age-appropriate curriculum and manage equipment setup/breakdown.
• Spotting as needed and attending staff meetings/trainings.
• Track attendance and report issues to supervisor promptly.
• Greet families with a positive attitude and provide a fun experience daily.
• Complete athlete progress charts and communicate level recommendations.
• Participate in class exhibitions and parent observations.
• Team Only - attend competitive meets.
