Job summary

The Little Gym Marlton is seeking an energetic coach to teach gymnastics to children aged 1–12 in a fun, supportive environment. You’ll follow a proven curriculum, bring enthusiasm, and help kids discover confidence and coordination each week.

Ideal candidates are dependable, great communicators, and comfortable taking the lead in class and in customer interactions, with a passion for coaching and ongoing development. Flexible scheduling and performance bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, energetic and passionate about both gymnastics & working with children.
• Previous experience teaching gymnastics to young children.
• Great communication skills.
• Comfortable being in charge.
• Great customer service skills to assist with enrolling new customers, answering phone/email, parent communication and customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics to children and follow a proven curriculum.
• Teach gymnastics up to a level 5 gymnast.
• Assist with enrolling new customers and field phone/email inquiries.
• Provide daily admin support as needed.

What We Expect From You…
