Job summary

The Little Gym Marlton is seeking a energetic gymnastics coach to teach kids aged 1–12 in a fun, safe environment. You will lead classes, follow a proven curriculum, and help with enrollment and parent communication.

A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential, and you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to childrens' growth. Enjoy flexible scheduling, training and development opportunities, and a positive, family-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, energetic and passionate about gymnastics and children.
• Previous experience teaching gymnastics to young children.
• Great communication skills.
• Comfortable being in charge.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics to children from 1 to 12 in a fun, safe environment.
• Assist with enrolling new customers and parent communication.
• Provide excellent customer service and team collaboration.
• Follow the established curriculum and maintain classroom order.
• Support daily administrative duties as needed.

What We Expect From You…

• Must be dependable, energetic and passionate about both gymnastics & working with children.
• Previous experience teaching gymnastics to young children.
• Great communication skills
• Comfortable being in charge.
• Great customer service skills to assist with enrolling new customers, answering phone/email, parent communication and customer issues.
• Must have a strong work ethic and consistent punctuality.
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Have the ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner.

• You’re totally open to having fun at work, love giving high 5’s and making a child's day better! (Experience in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps as well)
• You can follow a proven curriculum.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• You can assist with daily admin duties
• You are able to teach gymnastics up to a level 5 gymnast
