Job summary

The Little Gym in Washington state is seeking energetic instructors to lead classes that blend education and physical activity for children aged 4 months through 12 years. Join a team that values movement, imagination, and confidence-building as core parts of every session.

You will teach classes based on our proven curriculum, deliver outstanding customer service to members and their families, and help create a warm, fun, and safe learning environment in each class.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in education through play and movement.
• Ability to engage children and families in a warm, friendly manner.
• Willingness to learn and apply The Little Gym curriculum and teaching methods.

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will be part of a team dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that Somersault Operating. All inquiries about employment at this franchise should be made directly to Somersault Operating, and not to The Little Gym Franchising Corporate. Somersault Operating currently has 30 The Little Gym locations spread across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA).
