The Little Gym International is seeking a Gymnastics & Child Development Coach in Westborough, Massachusetts. You will coach children from toddlers to 12 years old, inspiring confidence and fostering physical and emotional growth.

Join our super fun and dynamic team as a Gymnastics & Child Development Coach. You will coach children from toddlers through 12 years old on recreational gymnastics while also building confidence and well‑rounded kiddos! If you love children and want to inspire physical and social/emotional growth in the next generation, this is the job for you. • Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
• We provide in‑depth training, you just need to bring an incredible personality and willingness to learn!

Hours

• This role includes a mixture of weekday morning/afternoon/evenings and weekends
• This is not a seasonal position & daytime availability must continue into the fall
