PHOENIX GYMNASTICS TRAINING CENTER in Fenton, MI is seeking an experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. You will teach in both group and individual settings, work with a range of ages and skill levels, track progress, provide feedback, and help athletes prepare for competitions.

The ideal candidate is positive, has teaching experience, and can spot and develop talent while fostering a safe, encouraging environment. Our program emphasizes growth, progression, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a teacher or in a fast-paced environment desired
• Strong experience in gymnastics, fitness, and coaching
• The ability to lead in a positive, motivational way
• Excellent communication skills

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Coach to join our team! As a Gymnastics Coach with us, you will be teaching in a group as well as on an individual level, and you will be handling a variety of age groups and skill levels. You will also track their progress, provide feedback, motivation, and support, as well as prepare exceptional students for competitions. The ideal candidate will be positive, have experience teaching, and have the ability to spot and foster talent.
