Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Fitness Ambassador to be the heartbeat of the club. This entry-level role welcomes guests, assists with check-ins, and promotes programs while maintaining a clean, energetic environment.

No fitness background is required; we’ll train you. You’ll help members feel welcome, engage on the fitness floor, and have clear paths to trainer or leadership opportunities within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with no experience required, just great energy and a people-first mindset.
• Must be an engaging, friendly presence who greets members and supports a welcoming club environment.
• Comfort with active, on-floor interaction and helping coworkers during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with enthusiasm and make everyone feel welcome.
• Be a visible, approachable presence on the fitness floor.
• Assist with check-ins, questions, and member needs.
• Promote programs, events, and club offerings.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment.
• Build relationships, know names, celebrate wins, and encourage progress.
