Flash Fitness is seeking Maintenance Associates to keep all areas of the gym spotless and running smoothly. The role focuses on cleaning entrances, training spaces, locker rooms, and reception areas to Blink standards, while ensuring equipment functions properly and supplies are stocked.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of what constitutes a clean environment.
• Eye for cleanliness and ability to identify dirty areas.
• Ability to organize and keep storage areas orderly.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the sidewalk, entrance, front porch and all training areas are impeccably clean.
• Clean the reception areas and offices to the Blink standard of excellence.
• Stock locker rooms with all necessary supplies and ensure they are clean.
• Make sure all fitness areas are clean, presentable, and that equipment is operating properly.
