Blink Fitness in Medford, MA is seeking a Maintenance Associate for the mid-day shift (3pm-5pm, Monday through Friday). The role emphasizes maintaining immaculate cleaning standards across the sidewalk, entrance, training areas, and locker rooms.

You will ensure equipment is clean and operating properly and support a sanitary, welcoming gym environment. The position requires independence, the ability to identify dirty areas, and proficiency with cleaning products.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure the sidewalk, entrance, front porch and all training areas are impeccably clean
• Clean the reception areas and offices to Blink standard of excellence
• Stock locker rooms with all necessary supplies and ensure they are clean
• Make sure all fitness areas are clean, presentable, and that equipment is operating properly
