Job summary

O2 Fitness is seeking a reliable janitorial team member to help keep our Carolina gym facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for members and staff.

You will vacuum, clean restrooms, wipe surfaces, operate cleaning equipment, and report hazards. Experience in janitorial or housekeeping is preferred; physical stamina and ability to lift about 45 lbs are required in a fast-paced gym environment. We value attention to detail and a proactive, motivated attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle member situations, concerns and feedback.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleaning equipment per OSHA guidelines.
• Monitor repairs and safety hazards.
• Operate mechanical cleaning equipment.
• Vacuum, clean carpets, rugs and draperies.
• Clean furniture, fixtures, ceilings fans and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and clean containers in a sanitary manner.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors and showers.
• Wipe down glass surfaces and windows.
• Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors.
• Other duties as assigned to support the vision and mission at O2 Fitness.
