The role requires 18+ years of age, a High School Diploma, dependable attendance, and the ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Custodial experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Good communication with members and staff.
• Team oriented, motivated, and well organized.
• Ability to think critically and proactively solve problems.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, shower rooms, and all waste areas.
• Inspect and clean windows interior and exterior.
• Detail clean baseboards, walls, and handrails; keep surfaces free of fingerprints and dust.
• Dust and clean air vents, TVs, signage, storage areas, and light fixtures.
• Assist front desk operations and use POS when needed.
• Follow cleaning lists and complete assigned tasks.
• Remove trash from all waste areas; manage storage rooms.
• Operate floor scrubber and vacuum cleaner.
• Maintain a high level of member service through clean facilities.
