Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Cleaning Attendant to maintain club cleanliness and manage daily cleaning checklists. You’ll create a welcoming, safe, and healthy environment for members and guests while following our playbook with urgency and pride.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, performing cleaning tasks, and staying knowledgeable about Crunch offerings. The role emphasizes reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced gym setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in service-oriented environment preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• No specific education required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and occasional high-five.
• Perform cleaning activities following the cleaning playbook and checklists.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a welcoming club environment.
• Provide knowledge of Crunch brand and offerings to members and guests when needed.
