Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in San Antonio is seeking a Cleaning Attendant to maintain a welcoming, safe, and healthy gym environment. You will follow the cleaning playbook, greet members, and keep common areas grand-opening ready with urgency.

This role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work with a team. CPR/AED certification is required (or can be obtained within 30 days of hire). A free gym membership and health coverage options are offered to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service-oriented environment and/or cleaning services preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and occasional high-five.
• Perform cleaning activities in accordance with the cleaning playbook and checklists.
• Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure cleaning requirements are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings to members and guests when needed.
