Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Saint Paul is hiring a Cleaning Attendant to maintain a welcoming, safe, and healthy club. You’ll follow the cleaning playbook, greet members with a smile, and help keep common areas tidy and ready for grand openings.

This role requires reliability, a consistent schedule, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in service-oriented environment and/or cleaning services preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and occasional high-five.
• Perform cleaning activities according to the cleaning playbook and checklists.
• Operate with urgency to ensure cleaning requirements are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings to members and guests when needed.
