Job summary

Planet Fitness in Lancaster is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment. This full-time role starts at $13 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary dates.

You will clean equipment, floors, locker rooms, restrooms and common areas, with shift-differential pay on select shifts and a comprehensive benefits package. Join a team focused on transforming lives through accessible fitness.

Qualifications

• Successful prior custodial experience preferred.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly complete cleaning checklist daily to ensure all tasks are completed.
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment and gym floor.
• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restroom facilities, shower facilities and locker area.
• Properly dispose of trash and stock supplies around club and in locker rooms.
• Report broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
