Anytime Fitness is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Gym Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members. The role is roughly three visits per week, during non-peak hours (9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or after 7:00 p.m.), with shifts typically lasting two to three hours.

You will clean cardio machines, weights, floors, bathrooms, showers, and common areas, restock towels, manage supplies, and report maintenance needs to the club manager.

• Six months of professional cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred.

Part-Time Gym Cleaner

Position Overview

Anytime Fitness is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members. This is an excellent position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and can consistently follow a cleaning schedule.

The cleaner will be responsible for the general cleaning and upkeep of the gym approximately three times per week during non-peak hours. Non-peak hours are generally between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or after 7:00 p.m.

• Clean and sanitize the gym according to the facility’s cleaning checklist.

• Wipe down and clean cardio machines, strength equipment, free-weight areas, and other exercise equipment.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Remain active and work at a steady pace throughout each shift.

• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and move between different areas of the facility.

• Reach and clean both high and low surfaces.

• Safely use cleaning tools and equipment.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Schedule Requirements

Applicants must be available to clean the facility a minimum of three times per week during non-peak hours. Cleaning shifts will generally take approximately two to three hours, depending on the needs of the facility.

Consistency and reliability are essential. The selected candidate must be able to arrive as scheduled and complete the full cleaning checklist during each visit.
