Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to lead GxP operations for a pharmaceutical company’s Rahway, NJ campus, providing strategic and day-to-day quality oversight across internal teams and GxP service providers.

In this role you will ensure GxP compliance across scientific, laboratory, and shipping services, lead audits and investigations, manage CAPAs and change controls, and drive training compliance and supplier oversight in a fast-paced pharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years related experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences GxP environments
• Experience leading or supporting L0-L4 audits
• Excellent technical writing skills and risk assessment documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead GxP audits and investigations
• Conduct root cause analysis and CAPA resolution
• Develop and maintain SOPs
• Ensure training compliance and new hire GxP training
• Oversee supplier quality and IFM collaboration
• Maintain audit readiness and QMS standards
