• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, engineering, project management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of project-management experience in QA, quality systems, or manufacturing quality.
• Experience with GxP, GMP, GCP, GDP, or related standards.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with aggressive timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of QA projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, risk logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams (QA, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, Supply Chain).
• Facilitate project meetings and drive timely follow-up with owners and due dates.
• Track scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate when needed.
• Support QA initiatives involving quality systems, audit readiness, and process improvement.
• Ensure alignment with internal procedures and GxP requirements.
• Coordinate QMS activities including change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and document management.
• Prepare concise project dashboards and executive updates for stakeholders.
• Develop and track corrective actions from findings, audits, or assessments.
• Identify opportunities to improve project-management practices and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain inspection-ready project documentation throughout engagement.
