Conduct GWO Basic Technical Training (BTT) courses, adhering to the GWO standards.
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to both new and experienced technicians.
Assess and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest industry practices and GWO standards.
Collaborate with the training team to continually improve training materials and methods.
Technical Background: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the wind industry, specifically in technical roles such as wind turbine technician or engineer.
GWO Certification: Certified GWO Instructor, or willingness to obtain certification.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in the technical aspects of wind turbine operation and maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Pedagogical Skills: Experience in teaching or training, with strong instructional abilities, would be beneficial.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively teach and mentor trainees. Most courses are conducted in English, therefore B2-C1 language skills in English are a must have.
Safety Commitment: Strong understanding of safety standards and practices in the wind industry, ensuring all training aligns with GWO safety requirements.
