Reliance Test & Technology is seeking a GWEF Plant O&M Specialist to support major ground test facilities at Eglin AFB, FL. The role requires hands-on fabrication, maintenance of hydraulic flight motion simulators, and precision equipment operation on site.
Responsibilities include building components for HITL systems, performing shop calculations, and maintaining test areas while adhering to government specifications and safety standards.

Works independently to resolve routine and moderately difficult tasks with occasional support and consults with higher level expertise as needed. Expected to be fully proficient in the area of expertise. Provide support for fabrication and maintenance of complex hardware in-the-loop (HITL) components. Understand and analyze data from documents, including Government specifications to determine feasibility of a design or application.
Provide facility security, according to the Government operating instructions, for access control, security escort and building opening and closing.
Training certificates in electronics, engineering, machining, or mechanics from trade schools, colleges, military, etc. Must possess an extensive working knowledge to understand, operate, and maintain large complex industrial scale systems including hydraulic flight motion simulators, machining/fabrication systems, etc.
Must hold Top Secret security clearance. Supports E-OMS operational objectives; observes company Quality, Safety, Environmental, Security and Administrative policies; supports Process Improvement.
Most duties will be performed in a temperature-controlled office environment. May require outside work occasionally.
Will be subject to substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must be able to have close visual acuity to perform activities; and require some lifting or moving of heavy objects or materials.
