Through strong operational oversight, vendor partnerships, and team leadership, Campus Operations ensures the Authority’s facilities operate at the highest standards of quality, safety practices, incident response, and preventive maintenance.PAINTER POSITION SUMMARYThe Painter performs skilled surface preparation and painting work to maintain the appearance and integrity of campus facilities. This role is responsible for applying paints, coatings, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces while ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and minimal disruption to operations and events. The Painter collaborates with campus operations and project management to support a clean, professional, and well-maintained environment.PAINTER PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is moderately exposed to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. The ability to lift 50 pounds or more may be required of this position. Daily shifts will endure various degrees of walking, standing, turning, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing and pulling, requiring a full range of body movements.
