TruTeam in Ashland, VA is hiring a Machine Operator to oversee daily production of gutter products. You will operate the gutter downspout and elbow machine safely, ensure correct materials are used, and record waste accurately.

You will monitor quality, make adjustments, and handle physical tasks including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs. This role offers competitive pay and benefits, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Age minimum 18 years.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Experience in manufacturing/production facilities.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safe, efficient operation of the gutter downspout and elbow machine.
• Ensure correct materials are used and record waste accurately.
• Monitor product quality and adjust as needed.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
