Job summary

QXO is North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation; it also distributes roofing products and lumber/building materials. The installer role covers a wide range of products and requires safe, efficient execution on local jobs across customer sites.

We seek reliable team players aged 18+, with a valid driver's license for vehicle-related work. The position involves physical work, some travel, and adherence to safety guidelines to deliver quality installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• If operating a vehicle, a valid driver's license is required.
• Local travel; occasional out-of-town travel as required.
• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions; lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines (insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap).
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with products, tools and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections; unload and stage materials safely.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns; perform warehouse duties as required.
