Job summary

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters NJ LLC is hiring a Gutter Installer Apprentice/Helper to support our installation teams in Colts Neck, NJ. You’ll help with gutter installs at homes and businesses and learn on the job with experienced technicians.

Starting pay ranges from $13 to $20 per hour, with production pay possible based on experience. Benefits include paid time off, sick time, and a 401(k) plan after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Install experience is preferred, but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and help others with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced gutter installation technicians in the field.
• Learn from mentors on customer communication and proper gutter installation, servicing, and repair.
