Job summary

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in Colts Neck, NJ is hiring a Gutter Installer Apprentice / Helper to assist our field technicians at customers' homes and businesses. This Apprentice position offers top starting pay of $13-$20 per hour, based on experience, with production pay possible depending on experience.

We provide paid time off, sick time, and a 401(k) plan after 90 days. Ideal traits include willingness to learn, reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Install experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person!
• Eager to learn and happy to help.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced gutter installers in the field at customers' homes and businesses.
• Learn to install, service, and repair gutters under guidance.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
