Qualifications

• Experience in construction is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude and reliability are essential.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to grow with the company and take on new tasks.
• Overtime willingness is required.
• Previous gutter services/installation experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the skills ladder training program.
• Interact with clients and coworkers professionally.
• Assist with gutter installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
• Show growth potential and take on increasing responsibilities.
