Job summary

Window World – Regional Installation Partners in Ohio is seeking experienced Gutter, Soffit, and Fascia installers to join its high-volume crew network. You’ll bring your own truck, ladders, and gutter machine, installing seamless gutters and soffit/fascia on homes across local territories.

Work is 1099 contracted with weekly pay and the freedom to run your own crew, while Window World handles sales, measuring, and logistics to keep you focused on installation.

Qualifications

• Pro with seamless gutters, gutter protection, vinyl/aluminum soffit, fascia, and aluminum trim/coil wrapping.
• Own a truck, tools, ladders, and a functioning gutter machine or brake.
• Maintain General Liability and Workers’ Comp insurance.
• Pride in clean yards and a no-call-back finish.

Responsibilities

• Install gutters, soffit, fascia, and accessories at homes within designated service areas.
• Coordinate with Window World regional teams to schedule jobs.
• Deliver quality workmanship with minimal callbacks.
• Keep job sites tidy and safe after each installation.

• The Paperwork: You maintain (or can obtain) standard General Liability and Workers’ Comp insurance.
• The Reputation: You take pride in a clean yard (no stray gutter spikes left behind) and a "no call-back" finish.
