Job summary

A locally owned contractor service is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding brand. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a positive attitude. While 2 years of experience in exterior home improvement is preferred, it is not required. Training, tools, and resources will be provided to support your personal and professional development. A valid driver's license is necessary, and candidates must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
• OSHA certification or ladder safety training preferred.

What we’re looking for:

• 2 years exterior home improvement, carpentry or other relevant construction experience is a plus, but not required


• Desire to grow with the company


• Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions/seasons


• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred. If not, we’ll get you certified within your first 60 days.

Minimum requirements are:
