Job summary

We seek reliable team players aged 18+, with a valid driver's license for vehicle-related work. The position involves physical work, some travel, and adherence to safety guidelines to deliver quality installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• If operating a vehicle, a valid driver's license is required.
• Local travel; occasional out-of-town travel as required.
• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions; lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines (insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors, shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap).
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with products, tools and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections; unload and stage materials safely.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns; perform warehouse duties as required.

Your Responsibilities

• As an installer, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines. Products include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap and any other products sold by the company.
• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age. If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Travel Requirements

Type of Travel Required: Local; Out of town travel as required.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

$13.00 - $30.00. To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
