Job summary

Royalty Roofing is seeking a skilled gutter installer to join our team in Seymour, IN. You will measure, fabricate, and install gutters, downspouts, and drainage systems on residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include installing gutters, ensuring proper slope and drainage, removing old systems, and working safely at heights.

You will communicate with homeowners on-site and help maintain tools and company vehicles. This is full-time, year-round work with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in gutter installation, roofing, or construction preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install seamless and sectional gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and accessories.
• Ensure proper slope and drainage alignment for optimal water flow.
• Remove and dispose of old damaged gutter systems.
• Work safely at heights using ladders, lifts, and harness in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Inspect completed work for quality and leaks.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients on-site.
• Load, transport, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Work on a team and well with others.
