Job summary
The Brothers that just do Gutters is seeking an experienced gutter installer to join our Florida-based team. You will install seamless gutters and guards on residential properties, operate a gutter machine on-site, and ensure top-quality finishes with clear communication to homeowners.
We value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely at heights. Prior gutter installation experience is strongly preferred, with a path for growth within a family-owned franchise.
Qualifications
- Prior experience installing seamless gutters strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Install seamless gutters, gutter guards, and related drainage products on residential properties.
- Operate a gutter machine to fabricate seamless gutter on-site.
- Read and follow job specs and measurements accurately.
- Ensure clean, professional installs that meet company quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on job sites.
- Maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Follow all safety protocols, especially working at height and on ladders.
- Learn and use our CRM (ServiceBridge) for job documentation.
- Soffit and fascia experience a plus.
