Better Gutters and Drainage seeks an experienced gutter and/or drainage installer to join our Jacksonville team. The role focuses on fabricating, pitching, and installing 6-inch seamless gutters, plus subsurface drainage work to protect foundations.

You will work on residential and commercial sites, operating gutter equipment, handling precise measurements, and maintaining a clean, professional job site. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience installing seamless gutters and subsurface drainage systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and precise measuring.
• Physical ability to work safely on tall ladders, on rooflines, and perform trenching.
• Mindset: straightforward, honest communicator.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Extrude, measure, cut, pitch, and install 6-inch seamless aluminum and copper gutters.
• Install downspouts, elbows, and leaf protection systems.
• Execute subsurface drainage mitigation, including trenching, laying pipe, and installing pop-up emitters or catch basins.
• Identify water flow issues on-site and implement solutions with the crew.
• Operate and maintain gutter machine, tools, and company vehicles.
• Maintain a professional, transparent, and clean work area on every job site.
