CRH Preferred Materials - Concrete Division, part of the CRH South Division, is seeking a Top Finisher in Florida. The role emphasizes safe operations, mechanical skill, and supporting efficient plant performance. Travel to other facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; regular attendance required.
• Must pass pre-employment requirements: drug screen, background check, and driving record review.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely completes sides and edge of pools or structures sprayed with Gunite.
• Operates power equipment and hand tools safely.
• Assists gunite crew with placement of plastic to protect areas around equipment and work areas.
• Maintains adherence to safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
• Willingness to travel and work from other company facilities as needed.
