Job summary

Bump is seeking a Content Specialist to own the Gulf market from our Paris office. You will create and lead creator-driven content, craft briefs, and test ideas that accelerate growth and engagement across TikTok, Reels, and UGC formats.

Ideal candidates are Gulf-culture fluent, bilingual in Arabic and English, and excited to work onsite in Paris with a fast-moving team. You will collaborate daily with growth, distribution, and product teams to shape our creative direction.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator).
• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Gulf creator landscape.
• Arabic language and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Grow Bump in the Gulf states and own this responsibility.
• Lead all content + creator efforts for the Gulf market.
• Make high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Gulf creators.
• Run influencer campaigns with top Gulf creators and micro-influencers.
• Work with paid marketing to turn content into performance.
• Jump on trends before they hit the For You Page.
• Write briefs, give notes, and help external creators shine.
• Collaborate daily in our Paris office with growth, distribution, and product.
• Join brainstorms, test ideas fast, and shape creative direction.
• Support launches, events, and Gulf-focused activations.

Role Overview

We're looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist who basically thinks in TikToks. Someone who gets fired up by great content, knows what's trending before it trends, and wants to take Bump to #1 on the App Store in the Gulf states (and keep it there).

You’ll be the person bringing internet culture from the Gulf into the heart of our Paris office, creating content, leading creators, testing wild ideas, breaking things (in a good way), and helping us build Bump into a must-have app.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, and lived in a Gulf state.

Requirements:

• 1–5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator, we care more about your work than your title).
• Experience making content for ads (UGC especially).
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Gulf creator landscape.
• Arabic language and English language proficiency.
• Must be from one of the Gulf countries.
• Must be willing to work in person in Paris.
