Job summary

SLR Consulting is seeking a Principal Consultant to grow our Gulf Coast oil and gas advisory practice in Texas and Louisiana. You will lead projects, expand client relationships, and mentor environmental professionals in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Ideal candidates bring 15–20 years in environmental management, a strong consulting background, and a track record of winning work and delivering value to upstream, midstream, and downstream clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or Master of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in environmental management, permitting and regulatory compliance for oil and gas.
• Proven ability to grow oil and gas business and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver environmental management, permitting, and compliance services for upstream, midstream, and downstream clients.
• Lead and mentor project teams and consultants on Gulf Coast engagements.
• Develop marketing strategies and sales tactics to grow oil and gas business.
• Maintain long-term client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
