Pay Rate: $16.50/hr - $29.85/hr plus commission depending on background and experience.

As our Repair Technician (Guitar), you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work.

Key Characteristics of Successful Repair Technicians:

• Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles, able to provide an excellent customer experience, and can handle customer service issues.
• Initiative: Identifies opportunities & issues and follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them, learns quickly, and takes positive action without being requested.
• Selling: Works through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
• Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so that they are retained.

As our Repair Technician, you will:

• Maintain store-owned gear, as requested.
