Role Description

As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer‑owned instruments and assist with the maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work.

  • Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and provides an excellent customer experience. Able to connect with customers in a meaningful way, be approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers. Able to handle customer service issues when they arise.
  • Initiative: Identifies opportunities and issues and follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them. Learns quickly and takes positive action without being requested to do so. Develops knowledge and skills in product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
  • Selling: Works through the GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
  • Training: Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so that they are retained.
