Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Repair Technician (Guitar) to service customer-owned instruments and maintain store gear. You will interact with customers, diagnose issues, and perform repairs with craftsmanship, helping drive sales through quality service.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on guitar repair experience and knowledge of guitar components, with a passion for music and customer satisfaction. This role is based in a Guitar Center store and involves on-site work.

As our Repair Tech (Guitar)

provide perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and to assist in maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work.

• Selling: Able to work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
• Training: Able to effectively train learners and communicate info and techniques so that they are retained.
