Job summary

You will maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards and communicate critical information to senior operators and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of relevant machinery experience
• Basic math, measurements, and computer skills
• Experience with an ERP system; ability to read schematics, drawings, product specifications, and the operation and maintenance of assigned machinery is essential

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operations of various general machinery, excluding CNC
• Includes straighteners, hones, paint equipment, grinders, plating machinery, coating machinery, saws, ovens, and heat‑treating equipment
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, housekeeping, and environmental awareness at all times
• Documentation and communication of important information to a more senior operator and leadership
