The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license, NC CNA listing, and ability to work flexible hours. The organization offers non-exempt hourly status, shifts over 30 hours with benefits, and a robust wellness program.

Position Summary

Provides personal care and/or home management tasks to Palliative Care patients diagnosed with dementia/memory care, under the direction of a Memory Care RN.

• Provision of assistance with Activities of Daily Living &/or Instrumental Activities of Daily Living
• Report to work punctually and appropriately dressed for role
• Complete required orientation and on-going training to include modules assigned via Memory Care Caregiver College to meet the training requirements under the Guide Model

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma/GED

Experience

• One (1) year caregiving experience preferred

Licensures & Certifications: (if applicable)

• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
• Maintain valid, good-standing listing on NCNAR if working as CNA
