The Boeing Company is actively recruiting for a Guidance Navigation and Control Engineer (Mid‑Level or Lead) to join the team in Hill AFB, UT or Layton, UT.
Boeing Defense and Space Systems is growing in the area of aircraft, missile, weapons and autonomous system Guidance, Navigation and Control (GN&C) system design, development, integration and test. Flight Engineering is looking for a motivated and talented engineer to join the Boeing team in this exciting business area for the Minuteman III Sustainment program. The candidate supports Sustainment in a wide range of existing and new areas of GN&C, performance analysis, simulation solutions, Nuclear Hardness and Survivability, and inertial instruments. The selected candidate will have visibility into G&C and simulation methods across the Boeing enterprise.

Summary pay range for Mid‑Level: $102,000.00 – $138,000.00
Summary pay range for Senior: $126,650.00 – $171,350.00

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This is not a Safety Sensitive Position.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start is required.
