TKO Employment Services Delaware LLC is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order across our guest areas. You will assist with making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, and ensure all spaces are tidy and welcoming for guests.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and works well in a team. English communication is required, and flexibility for holidays and weekends is a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and meticulous approach to cleaning and guest rooms.
• Good communication in English with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lift up to 25 lbs).
• Team player who works well with others to maintain cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Change bed linens and vacuum room after the rest of the room has been cleaned.
• Notify management about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores across the department.
