Qualifications

• Clear and effective English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Dependable, able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and suites each day.
• Strip and make beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and restock room supplies.
• Check that room features such as lights, television, and appliances are working.
• Report missing items or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures while performing housekeeping duties.
• Maintain guest privacy, safety, and security while servicing rooms.
• Turn in all lost and found items to the housekeeping office immediately.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure rooms are cleaned on time.
