Job summary

Bergstrom Mazda of Green Bay is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests safely between the dealership and designated locations. The role features a Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 12:00 pm schedule with pay starting at $14.00 per hour, depending on experience.

You will maintain a clean shuttle vehicle, provide outstanding guest service, and assist guests with luggage as needed while coordinating with the service team for pickups and drop-offs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Friendly, professional demeanor focused on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus.
• Ability to use a smartphone for ride-tracking and business apps.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the dealership in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent guest service by being courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.
• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle, inside and out.
• Assist guests as needed, including helping with luggage or personal items.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while operating the vehicle.
