Job summary

Boyne Resorts is seeking a Shuttle Driver at Summit at Snoqualmie to provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for guests and staff between parking areas and resort bases. Your role helps create a welcoming environment and a positive first and last impression of the resort.

You will follow all laws and resort protocols, perform vehicle inspections, and support operations in varying weather, including winter driving in Snowy conditions. Weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid WA driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also taking direction effectively.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with company policy.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and adaptable to varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate shuttle vehicles in high-traffic, snowy, or low-visibility conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for guests and staff between designated resort locations, parking areas, and base facilities.
• Follow all traffic laws, resort regulations, and departmental protocols while operating the shuttle.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation; report any maintenance concerns immediately to the Vehicle Maintenance Department.
• Keep shuttle interiors clean and presentable throughout the shift; perform basic cleaning and restocking tasks as needed.
• Remain flexible with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, split shifts, or early/late hours based on resort operations.
