Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Portage, WI is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver within our Guest Services team. The role focuses on ensuring guests have a great day from arrival to departure by safely transporting them around the parking lot and helping with boarding and disembarking.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip checks, keep the vehicle clean, maintain records, and report hazards. A Wisconsin driver’s license and high school diploma are required; shuttle experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Shuttle bus experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Excellent communication abilities with diverse passengers.
• Ability to stay calm in traffic and make quick decisions.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle bus on designated routes within the parking area.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking safely.
• Maintain a timely schedule for arrivals and departures.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Monitor property for hazards and report issues to management.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.
• Keep the vehicle clean and coordinate maintenance needs with staff.
• Comply with traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Maintain records of passenger counts and incidents.
